What does a Project Manager do? Hired during the projects conceptual stages to represent the OWNER in ALL aspects of the project. To be LOYAL to the OWNER ONLY and to ensure the OWNER is protected from litigation, project delays and cost over runs.

What does the Construction Manager Do? Hired during the projects construction to respresent the OWNER in ALL Aspects of the construction of the project. Construction Manager is on site continuously to ensure the project's quality, and to keep the project on schedule and within the construction budget.
What does the Architect do? Hired to design the project, to solve problems and to ensure the OWNER's design needs are met. In addition, to ensure the project is designed within the OWNER's Construction Budget. Design a project that functions and is designed to comply with all codes and/or regulations to ensure a safe building.
