ASD provides economic evaluation and financing techniques to private sector clients. Specific services include the evaluation of the economic benefits and other infrastructure projects; impacts on local, regional and state economies; financial feasibility analyses; alternative approaches to state and local government finance; value capture and joint development studies; financial constraints/financial capacity analyses; and other services. We maintain a close liaison with state and local governments, industry associations.
