ASD Awarded 5-Year Contract with Pflugerville
AUSTIN, TX- The City of Pflugerville, Texas has awarded a 5-year indefinite quantity contract for project management and construction management services to ASD Consultants, Inc. (ASD), a multi-disciplinary, multi-city project management and construction management organization.
The contract, with a five-year duration, is for all of the City’s construction projects within the city's jurisdiction and encompassing its effective taxing jurisdiction (ETJ). Individual assignments will be awarded on a task order basis for projects involving construction of new buildings or repairs and alteration’s of existing facilities.
ASD's role on the various projects might include complete PM/CM services during design, and construction, ASD will also provide design oversight, procurement assistance, and office support such as cost estimating, scheduling and value engineering.
ASD provides program management, construction management, construction inspection and specialized construction consulting services for small and medium scale infrastructure projects and facilities. ASD employs nearly 10 professionals and support staff in the 3 offices throughout Texas and Louisiana.
