To be LOYAL to the OWNER ONLY and to insure the OWNER is protected from litigation, project delays and cost over-runs.
Our clients have made it clear that they need support in proceeding beyond the general concepts and services provided by architects. For this reason, ASD Consultants, Inc. has made a concerted effort to develop its project management procedures to address that need. It is important to keep in mind that, while construction projects tend to share many characteristics, each construction effort is unique. The concepts and methods that are communicated through ASD Consultants, Inc. Project Management Program are intended to serve as guidelines. We fully expect that some adaptation will be necessary to fit these concepts and methods to each particular situation and the clients' individual needs.
