The Villas of Lake Travis
Project Description: ASD performs as Construction Project Manager for the Villas of Travis Lake Condominiums. The Villas is located in the beautiful Lakeway area overlooking Austin's Travis Lake. This project's expected completion is September 2005.
ASD Consultants Role: ASD served as the Project Manager and the Construction Manager. Services included the following:
- Establish an overall budget
- Establish Construction Budget
- Selection of Architectural Consultant
- Consultant Contract Negotiations
- Management of the Development of the Master Plan and Implementation Plan
- Selection of the Contractor
- Management of the Contractor
- Coordination with the city for the design and instillation of off-site utilities needed to serve the major project
- Construction Management Services
St. James Baptist Church
Project Description: This project consists of a 45,000 square foot, 5.2 million dollar Church located in the Metropolitan Austin area. This large-scale project entails a new Church facility, parking lots, the installation of all new audio/visual equipment, intercom systems, administrative office facilities, and landscaping.
ASD Consultants Role: ASD serves as the Owners Representative, Construction Project Managers. Services include the following: ASD served as the Project Manager and the Construction Manager. Services included the following:

Pflugerville Police and Criminal Courts Building
Project Description: A master plan for the Police and Courts projects. Pflugerville is a growing city northeast of Austin. The project included the design and construction of the municipal court, police, administration building, jail and seven-station in-door firing range, and an officer’s automobile driving course. The total development is 65,000 square feet. ASD Consultants has secured a contract to provide capitol expansion and infrastructure projects for the city until 2005. ASD’s Management of the Project brought it in under budget by $190,000.

Pflugerville Recreation Center
Project Description: This project included the construction of the city’s recreation center. With an indoor suspended running track, basketball courts, state of the art fitness/weight room and administrative office space.
